There are numerous resources for residents who are experiencing difficulties related to housing. These include acquiring housing, rent/mortgage assistance, utility assistance, resources for people experiencing homelessness, and home repair assistance.

Homeless and Low-Income Resource Guide

Hamilton County HVAC Repair Program - Administered by Council on Aging, open to homeowners 18+ years old who live in Hamilton County (outside of the City of Cincinnati).

Community Action Agency- Utility Assistance Programs

Housing Opportunities Made Equal (H.O.M.E.)- Assistance with housing discrimination, tenant rights advocacy, and tenant-landlord disputes. H.O.M.E. also provides housing education resources.

Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati- Legal counseling and assistance with housing related issues including evictions, foreclosures, and housing conditions. Legal Aid also provides services such as benefits counseling/assistance, bankruptcy counseling, clearing legal hurdles to employment, and family services.

513Relief- A program launched by the Hamilton County Board of County of Commissioners. Provides a variety of programs to provide stability for residents including the 513Relief Bus, a vehicle that provides health screenings, social services, and economic relief in communities throughout the Hamilton County.

Food/Health/Senior Services

Freestore Foodbank- The largest emergency food and services provider in Greater Cincinnati. They provide a range of programs that help with food access, clothing, SNAP assistance, Medicaid outreach, and more.

Community Action Agency- Mobile Food Pantry- Offers fresh produce and backed goods through their mobile pantry at various locations each month.

Tikkun Farm- An urban farm in Ht. Healthy that provides food through their Nourishing Families program. Services include a weekly crockpot meal kits and a free food market.

Hamilton County Job & Family Services- Apply for food, cash and medical assistance programs including SNAP, Medicaid, and Ohio Works First.

St. Vincent DePaul- Offers an extensive range of assistance programs. The SVDP Charitable Pharmacy provides last resort access to vital medications for community members in need. Other programs include food and nutrition programs, homelessness prevention, clothing, beds, and other basic needs.

Meals on Wheels of Southwest OH & Northern KY- Provides seniors with meal deliveries, transportation, financial management, and other assistance.

Pro Seniors- Provides senior citizens with legal services, long-term care ombudsmen services, and Medicare scam prevention services.
