To affect change for returning citizens by supporting crime prevention initiatives, convening thought leaders to identify successful reentry strategies, and provide resources for sustainable reentry.
Basic Needs: Develop realistic goals to address the needs of those returning to Hamilton County from local, state and federal correctional facilities.
Workforce & Business Development: Implement and build partnerships with local businesses to address the immediate employment needs for individuals.
Community Awareness & Training: Share information and develop training opportunities to identify strategies that lead to sustainable reentry eliminating the stigma returning citizens experience.
Family & Community Support: Develop strategies to reunite families and provide a full range of evidence-based interventions to reduce the risk of further involvement in the criminal justice system.
Policy Development & Advocacy: Develop strategies to foster systemic change that eliminates barriers to successful reentry.
Data & Evaluation: Gather and share information that leads to data-driven efforts to reduce recidivism.
Sustainability: Develop strategies to expand and sustain reentry services in the community.
