For each of these bridges, State law establishes responsibility for:

• Regular Standardized Inspection
• Routine Maintenance
• Major Rehabilitation or Replacement

For any single bridge in Hamilton County, the ultimate legal responsibility for each of these three items may belong to one or more public or private organizations/agencies depending upon where the bridge is located, what it carries, and what it spans.
