Hotspot – The goal of this hotspot initiative is the utilization of Fusion Center, Hamilton County Public Health and Cincinnati Fire Department overdose data, with analytical support from Healing Communities studies, our QRT Hotspot program will proactively address those specific areas through creative means of outreach, with the goal of reducing calls for service in those identified hotspot areas. Working with social service agencies in the specified hotspot areas, the Proactive Overdose Outreach QRT Team will conduct activities in both static displays and canvassing of the designated hotspot areas.

Hamilton County Common Pleas Drug Court Division- The goal of this pilot program is through the utilization of certified Peers, to provide direct support through the lived experience to the participants of Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas Drug Court Division in hopes of aiding them, working in harmony with the Drug Court, to a healthy life in recovery.

African American Male Outreach – The goal of this African American Male Outreach is to proactively reach out to African-American males to reduce overdoses and overdose deaths.
